Instructions For Custom Earpieces
Mix the green and white compounds together in your hands until it is one uniform color. *To prevent mold compound from setting too quickly, it is advisable to put the unmixed compounds in the refrigerator for a few minutes before beginning the process.
Place the mold compound into the syringe.
Inject about half of the mold compound into your ear. The compound should go only far enough into your ear to just enter the ear canal. Immediately inject the other ear with the remaining compound.
Let the mold compound harden in your ear for about 10 minutes or until you touch the outside and it is hard.

Remove the hardened mold compound. Call Racer Parts Wholesale at 1-800-397-7815 for a return authorization number. Then mail the ear molds to:
