Save time and fingers from the frayed ends of a braided hose with KOUL Tools.

Since the invention of stainless steel braided hose, racers and mechanics have been fighting the problem on installing it into the socket part of the assembly. KOUL tools has delivered a solution that makes the assembly a snap. Manufactured of high tech composite, it is virtually indestructable. KOUL tools are simple to use and will save time and fingers from the frayed ends of a braided hose. After choosing the correct KOUL tool for your fitting's socket size, simply place the socket and adaptor (if required) into the KOUL tool and clamp it into a vise. Lube the conical entrance and twist the hose into the socket and in less than 10 seconds you have it assembled!

Contains both the Small and Large Kits to fit -4, -6, -8, -10, -12 and -16. To accommodate all the different manufacturer's fittings, spacers and sleeves are required to tighten up some of the sockets within the capsule. For the tool to perform at it's best, the socket needs to be a snug fit within the capsule. In the small kit, only the Russell -4 needs a sleeve. The #8 spacer is used for the -8 sockets. Not for use with Teflon hose. In the large kit, all the -16s except Russell's require the sleeve and a rear spacer. See the instructions in the case for the proper spacer number. Most of the #10s will use the #10 spacer. Not for use with Teflon hose.
